Cholera Outbreak in Zimbabwe 
Nearly people have already died and 95.000 are infected by cholera since it's outbreak nine months ago, according to the World Health Organization. The Zimbabwean government is helpless. The health system is completely broken down and overwhelmed with the tragedy. Every day more people are dying. Families fall apart or are wiped away, leaving a trail of tragedy behind for those who are now without a father, a mother, a breadwinner, a stronghold...
Helping Hands Africa is about to deliver water purification to 1.500 beneficiary families. As project funds will start to come in, further families can be added to the beneficiary list. In order to provide 1.500 families with clean water for drinking, cooking, and washing over a period of three months, HHA will need 33.000 US-$. |
